The 2-day ministerial nominees retreat scheduled to hold at the International Conference Centre (ICC) is billed to start today with a formal opening
declaration by President Muhammadu Buhari himself. Scheduled time of commencement is 9am.
All the 'ministers to be' were reported to have arrived Abuja last night and are well prepared for the retreat.
This retreat can be seen as a confirmation that the inauguration of the ministers will hold within a few days.
